Refunds

Approved refunds will be sent through
Instapay or bank wallet transfer.

Please allow a few business days for the
refund to be processed after approval.

Return Policy

At MARS, we want you to love every piece you
receive.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days
of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange,
items must be:

·       Unworn and unused

·       In original condition

·       In original packaging

·       Returned with the invoice and
order number

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return and
exchange shipping fees unless:

·       The wrong item was sent

·       The item has a defect

·       The item arrived damaged

In these cases, MARS will cover all shipping
costs.

As an apology, a small gift will also be
included with the replacement order whenever possible.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for
returns and exchanges within the same return period.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or
incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of
the issue.

You may choose between:

·       A full refund

·       An exchange

·       A replacement item
